d) the chief of state (and head of government if different) [If monarch or dictator, since what date has he/she ruled? - include name of heir apparent for monarch]

b) Who had challenged the property inheritance law?

3. For RUSSIA:
a) list the who, what, where and when of the news item
b) What group of people, who might not necessarily be smokers, are opposed to the proposed bill?  Why?

4. For CHINA:
a) list the who, what, where and when of the news item
b) Define intern.
c) Why did the students continue to work at the factory when they were not given internships, but instead put on the assembly line?
