2. How has the government thus far assisted in cleanup and relief efforts in Mississippi? What major problems do Mississippi residents affected by Katrina still face? (para. 5-12)
3. How do government cleanup and relief projects in Louisiana (especially New Orleans) differ from those in Mississippi? (para. 13-19) Why do you think this is so? Be specific.
