2. What argument does Eric Peters use for choosing cars that are cheaper and get much higher gas-mileage over cars with higher safety ratings? Do you think he makes a good case? Explain your answer.
3. Should the government dictate safety standards to auto makers, or should auto makers be able to choose the types of cars they make? (more expensive safer cars and/or cheaper cars that get much better gas mileage?)
