1. Define the following: capitalism, indoctrination, propaganda, proselytizing
2. Who is Jay Bennish? What statement did Mr. Bennish make about capitalism to his high school class? (A sophomore student in Mr. Bennish's class recorded the lesson. Read Mr. Bennish's speech to his class under "Resources" below.)
3. Who is Mary Corey? What statements did she make about capitalism and capitalists to her college class?
4. In the fifth paragraph, what point does Walter Williams make about what teachers should teach, and then about what some of them do teach?
5. Do you agree with Dr. Williams' premise that some teachers teach their students their own personal viewpoints, and that they should not do so? Explain your answer.
6. Have you ever been asked any questions, or taught material that did not pertain to the subject matter? How did you react?
