Moussaoui shouted “America, you lost. I won” after being sentenced to life in prison instead of the death penalty for his part in the September 11th terror attacks. Moussaoui said he won because he didn’t get the death penalty, but he’s spending the rest of his life in a super maximum security prison locked down 23 hours a day. That isn’t winning.
