Following the attack by Hamas terrorists from Gaza into Israel on October 7, 2023, Hezbollah terrorists started firing rockets into Israel Oct. 8 from Lebanon and have done so for almost a year (with Israel then firing rockets targeting Hezbollah bases in Lebanon).
Under Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah was planning a large scale attack when Israel first set off booby-trapped pagers carried by Hezbollah operatives, and then conducted target killings of leaders of the terrorist group, one of the most recent being the elimination of Nasrallah on Friday, September 27.
