Answers

1. There is a slight difference between the two. Personification is an act of giving human characteristics to animals or objects to create imagery, (e.g. The clock ticked impatiently, The storm raged angrily, the cat danced around the mouse) while anthropomorphism aims to make an animal or object behave and appear like they are human beings. He’s a junkyard dog.

3. Why is the dog in the window sad?
He’s stuck inside practicing his violin while his friends are out playing. He is looking wistfully out the window, wishing he could be outside playing with his friends.
