John Bolton, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., in an interview this morning endorsed the idea of a naval blockade around North Korea, saying it would not only prevent nuclear materials from getting in and out of the country but also would stop the flow of counterfeited American money and the smuggling of drugs in diplomatic pouches. He said even if it turns out that North Korea did not conduct a nuclear test on Monday, the mere claim that it's a nuclear test "is a threat to international peace and security."
