Congress has been attempting to address the illegal immigration problem in the U.S. Last year when Republicans controlled the House of Representatives, they proposed a bill that aimed at enforcing existing immigration laws. The new Democrat controlled House has now proposed a new immigration reform bill aimed at granting illegal aliens a path to citizenship.
Name the Congressmen who are sponsoring the immigration reform legislation in the House of Representatives.
2. What requirements does the House bill include in addition to a provision that would grant almost all illegal aliens a path to citizenship?

b) Describe the "touch back" provision included in this bill that aims at conciliating the (mostly Republican) congressmen who do not support amnesty for illegal immigrants.
