4. Kamala Harris did not speak to the crowd of supporters waiting for her to address them at her alma mater Howard University. Instead, her campaign co-chair, Cedric Richmond informed the crowd that their candidate would not be appearing. “We still have votes to count … so you won’t hear from the vice president tonight,” said Richmond, a former Louisiana congressman and Biden White House official. “She will be back here tomorrow. Go HU and go Harris.” What do you think of VP Harris' decision not to speak to those gathered to see her? Explain your answer.
