a spokesman for test designers Fathering Japan, regarding their 50-question quiz that covers a range of topics about child care, such as potty training, types of baby food and how to perform household chores.  Japanese fathers who work long hours and don’t spend much time with their children are being offered the exam to determine whether they can call themselves “Super Dads.”
