1. In October, after an insult comedian’s moronic “joke” about Puerto Rico being “a floating island of garbage” prior to Trump’s rally in NYC, President Biden called Trump supporters “garbage.”
Two days after Trump’s NYC rally, just before Kamala Harris’ final campaign speech, Biden said, “Donald Trump has no character. He doesn’t give a damn about the Latino community. Just the other day, a [comedian] at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage. The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”
(Biden, his staff – and some in the media – said his insult had been misinterpreted.)
The next day, President Trump put on an orange safety vest and drove in a garbage truck up to his Wisconsin rally.
Supporters, who love his ability to turn a disparaging insult into a humorous response, embraced the insult and some even wore orange safety vests to his final rallies before the election – or dressed as garbage or garbage men for Halloween.
It was announced this week that the garbage truck will be included in the president’s inaugural parade on Tuesday.
2. As Donald Trump takes office, he will get rid of President Biden’s policies and implement his own policies which are the complete opposite of what Biden has done, with Trump’s goal of “Making America Great Again.”
