‘I Don’t Have Any Weapons of Mass Destruction’
“President Barack Obama has written a personal letter to North Korean leader Kim Jong Il as part of an intense effort to draw the reclusive nation back to nuclear disarmament talks, a senior State Department official said Tuesday,” the Associated Press reports.
And as Hans Blix would say, Kim had better cooperate “or else we will be very angry with you, and we will write you a letter, telling you how angry we are.”
You’ve got to laugh at the AP’s continuing Obama puffery, though. Writing a letter amounts to an “intense effort”? Just what kind of letter did Obama write?
