If You Come, They Will Build It
The good thing about President Obama’s appointing so many czars is that, with public support for him rapidly dwindling, pretty soon there’ll be no one left for cossacks. ABC News reports that Obama has tapped Ron Bloom as “manufacturing czar.” The president made this curious announcement:
We must do more to harness the power of American ingenuity and productivity so that we can put people back to work and unleash our full economic potential.
Rather than unleash it, wouldn’t it be simpler not to harness it in the first place?
