The community activist group ACORN is being investigated in 10 states for submitting tens of thousands (or more) of fraudulent voter registrations, including applications with duplicate names and fictitious addresses.
The fraudulent registrations being investigated include Mickey Mouse, and in Nevada, voter registration forms were submitted for the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys football team.
ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, says it has registered 1.3 million young people, minorities and poor and working-class voters – most of whom tend to be Democrats.
